The themes for my water colors come from all of my life experiences, especially those in concert with nature. The flora, fauna and spectacular vistas around my home in the New River Valley nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia inspire me to paint. My cats and other animal companions also provide inspiration, enrich my life and remind me to truly "enjoy all life's little pleasures".
